CES Library

Tammy White has been the librarian of the CES library since 1992.
She graduated from Belmont University and the University of
Tennessee Knoxville. She is married to Gregory White and has two
daughters, Minda and Allie. Her favorite pastime is watching her
daughters participate in the various extra curricular activities in
which which they enjoy.

The Carthage Elementary School Library has a collection of over 12,000 books and audiovisual materials including a growing Accelerated Reader collection.
|
|
The library is fully automated meaning that all check out and card catalog searching is computerized.
|
|
CES also has a SMART Board in the library which is a computer interactive white board.
|
|
The library has Mrs. Judy Spivey as a full-time assistant. Students check out books, enjoy literature, and practice using the latest technology at their school library.
