It is exciting to be able to begin another school year; with this beginning, we have new opportunities for learning and growing as students and citizens in our school community.  The goal of the teachers and staff at Carthage Elementary School is to provide the very best education experience that we can each day.  The daily goal of each student at C.E.S. should be to choose to make the very best of that opportunity.  We can work together to make this school year successful and exciting.

Welcome to CES! I am a graduate of Smith County High School and Tennessee Technological University. I received my B.S. in multidisciplinary studies in 2000 and my M.A in instructional Leadership in 2004. I joined the CES faculty as a 5th grade teacher in 2001. Since then I have also taught 3rd grade and now serve as vice principal.  My husband, Scott is also a teacher.  He teaches and coaches at SCHS.  We have 1 son, Aiden. When I am not at CES, I enjoy watching sporting events and traveling with my family.
