| From Knoxville: I-40 West,
Exit 258, Turn right onto Hwy 53. From Nashville: I-40 East, Exit 258, Turn left onto Hwy 53. Stay on Hwy 53 for approximately 5 miles. After crossing Veterans Memorial Bridge, turn at first road to left to go into Carthage business district. Follow Main St. through four traffic lights. After going through the fourth traffic light, go to the next street (College Ave.) and turn right. Go pass Smith County High School and the football stadium. Continue up the hill, making a sharp turn to the right at the top. Carthage Elementary School is at the very end of the street. |
