Mission
Statement
Our
mission is to provide our students with a solid core of academic content as they
develop into life-long learners with problem-solving and decision-making
capabilities, encouraging them to realize their full potential, enhancing their
self-worth by providing varied learning experiences in a clean and safe
environment, and developing responsible citizens able to effectively function in
our ever-increasing technological society.
Our
Beliefs:
- Student learning is
the chief priority for our school.
- All children are
unique, can learn, and can achieve success when actively involved in the
learning process.
- School should be a
caring place where kindness, respect, and positive attitudes are modeled.
- The cooperative
efforts of parents, school, and community enhance learning and meet
students’ needs.
- Curriculum and
teaching techniques should be adapted to meet the needs of a changing
society.
- Faculty and staff
should utilize individual skills, talents, and creativity as they
continually to grow professionally.
- We believe that
preparing students for long-term success in the midst of rapid technological
advances requires educators, parents, and students to form partnerships of
responsibility for learning success.
